Refund policy

No refunds/changes can be made to submitted orders unless it is the mistake of Syd & Mimi.  
Tracking will be provided on all purchases.  Once tracking has been provided orders cannot be cancelled.   Once shipped, the order is no longer the responsibility of Syd & Mimi.
