*Turn around time is approximately 4-5 weeks (to reach us). All prepaids are shipped out within 1-3 business days after we receive the bulk order.  The preorder closes Monday evening, November 3rd.  TAT begins November 4th. 

*Please order ready to ship items separately from preorder items.  For orders that contain both ready to ship and preorder items, the rts items are held until the preorder items arrive then the entire order ships together. If preorder items have different/multiple TAT’s, the order will be held until all items have been received then the entire order ships together. 
*Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to add/change a code but canceling an order is no problem! If you need to cancel, please reply to your order confirmation email or send us an email, with the order number, to sydandmimi@gmail.com
