*Turn around time is approximately 4-5 weeks (to reach us) and begins on the first business day after the preorder closes. All prepaid orders ship out to customers within 1-3 business days after we receive the bulk order. Preorder closes Monday, Sept 15th at 11:59pm EST. TAT begins Tuesday, Sept 16th.
*Don't forget to grab a rep code for 15% off!
*We don’t have an option to change or add/change codes to submitted orders but canceling an order is no problem! If you need to cancel, send us an email with your order number or reply to your order confirmation email and let us know! Our email address is sydandmimi@gmail.com
*Please order ready to ship items separately from preorder items (unless you don’t need the RTS item right away). For orders that contain both ready to ship and preorder items, the ready to ship items are held until the preorder items arrive then the entire order ships together.
* Cotton Sweaters are NOT the same as the original Chunky Sweaters. The weave is a little tighter so they will not stretch as much and will not be as oversized. Cotton Sweaters are 100% cotton, relaxed fit and comparable to big box store sizing.
*Turn inside out and hand or machine wash (on delicate) in cold water and lay flat to dry. Hang drying may cause the sweater to lose its shape. Machines, especially dryers WILL cause shrinking and possibly fading and/or damage to the sweater.
